We have guided many people through the process of moving jobs, warning of the pitfalls, negotiating compensation, advising on restrictive covenants and everything in between.

Much of what we do is at Partner level, be it placing individual Partners or teams of Partners into other organisations, opening offices for our clients both domestically and internationally and helping to facilitate Firm mergers and ‘bolt-ons’.

To a lesser extent we work at Associate level. We have the skills to advise you right from your earliest post qualification years, be you an NQ who wishes to explore the market, and all the way up to Senior Associates who may, for example, be blocked for Partnership at their current Firm.

Our client list is enviable. At one time or another over the last 20 years we have placed individuals at every sort of Firm, from leading US or Magic and Silver Circle firms, Upper Mid-Market and Mid Market firms to large National and Regional firms, be it into their London offices or elsewhere. Most of what we do is focussed on private practice although we also work with associate Firms who specialise on in-house roles and we are thus well-placed to offer you advice and refer you on to others, if that is the route you wish to take.
